EXCHANGES:

In case you wish to exchange product(s)

• Orders can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt issuance.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• For incorrect orders, exchanges will be processed free of charge within 2-5 working days in greater Cairo and within 2-7 days in other cities.
• Exchanging correct orders will be subject to shipping fees.

RETURNS:

If you need to return your shipment:

• Orders are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the receipt issuance.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• For manufacturing defects, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
• Returns without a valid reason can be processed, but customers are responsible for the shipping fees.
