At TecHub, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, you may request a return within 4 days from the date of delivery.
In this case:
- The product will be collected from your address by our shipping partner.
- You will not be charged any return or shipping fees.
- Once the returned product has been inspected and the defect is confirmed, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the product has been received and inspected.

Returns Without a Defect
If you wish to return a product for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, you may request a return within 4 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product:
- Is unused and in its original condition.
- Includes all original packaging, accessories, and contents.
In this case:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
- The customer is also responsible for the original shipping cost (if applicable).
- The refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered due to misuse.
- The original packaging or essential accessories are missing.
- More than 4 days have passed since the delivery date.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team and provide:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos showing the issue (for defective or damaged products).
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process as quickly as possible.
