At TecHub, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, you may request a return within 4 days from the date of delivery.

In this case:

  • The product will be collected from your address by our shipping partner.
  • You will not be charged any return or shipping fees.
  • Once the returned product has been inspected and the defect is confirmed, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the product has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds can be issued via:

    • InstaPay
    • Bank Transfer
    • Mobile Wallet

Returns Without a Defect

If you wish to return a product for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, you may request a return within 4 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product:

  • Is unused and in its original condition.
  • Includes all original packaging, accessories, and contents.

In this case:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • The customer is also responsible for the original shipping cost (if applicable).
  • The refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered due to misuse.
  • The original packaging or essential accessories are missing.
  • More than 4 days have passed since the delivery date.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Photos showing the issue (for defective or damaged products).

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process as quickly as possible.
