SHIPPING All orders will be dispatched between 3 – 5 business days. Orders placed on Thursday after 3pm – Sat will be processed on Sunday morning, Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. EXCHANGES In case you wish to exchange product(s) Orders can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt issuance. Products must be returned in their original packaging. For incorrect orders, exchanges will be processed free of charge within 2-5 working days in greater Cairo and within 2-7 days in other cities. Exchanging correct orders will be subject to shipping fees. RETURNS If you need to return your shipment: Orders are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the receipt issuance. Products must be returned in their original packaging. For manufacturing defects, a full refund will be issued within 14 days. Returns without a valid reason can be processed, but customers are responsible for the shipping fees.
