Shipping & Return
SHIPPING:
- All orders will be dispatched between 3 – 5 business days.
- Orders placed on Thursday after 3pm – Sat will be processed on Sunday morning,
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
EXCHANGES:
In case you wish to exchange product(s)
- Orders can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt issuance.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- For incorrect orders, exchanges will be processed free of charge within 2-5 working days in greater Cairo and within 2-7 days in other cities.
- Exchanging correct orders will be subject to shipping fees.
RETURNS:
If you need to return your shipment:
- Orders are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the receipt issuance.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- For manufacturing defects, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
- Returns without a valid reason can be processed, but customers are responsible for the shipping fees.
